The hotel is in a great location. Guest Services is optimum. Just a small details from housekeeping. I wish they had there Terrace open to enjoy more of the City view. I enjoyed the view from my room. Rooms are very spacious and had a nice sizes bathroom. There was always hot water and love the kitchenette, I was able to safe money, preparing breakfast. Love Mexico and its people. Over all my stay was Wounderful.
Location location location. Newly opened boutique Hotel. Total of 12 floors. Most of the rooms has a sizeable balcony facing a busy street. It can be noisy, especially weekend when special events were held. We didn't mind it. With the sliding door closed we barely hear the traffic. hotel staff were super friendly and ready to help. Out check in and check out time were either late at night and super early morning. The staff was make sure that we were taking care of. They are still new. You can see they are still figuring out things or improving things. Definitely recommend to stay here. And we will stay again next time we are in Mexico city. We stayed for 7 nights.
The design of the hotel is unique and gorgeous. The service is top notch!! There is noise from the avenue outside--when I asked if there was they had any higher floor room available, they upgraded me to a better room with balcony. I extended 3 nights longer than planned.
Great hotel - the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, you also have a kitchen. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. The only small downside is that our room wasn’t properly cleaned during the three nights we stayed - the beds were made, but the trash was never taken out and nothing else was cleaned.
I had an amazing experience at HIVE ROMA. The hotel is perfectly located in one of Mexico City's most vibrant and charming neighborhoods. Roma is full of beautiful architecture, tree-lined streets, cafes, restaurants, and galleries — everything is within walking distance. The area feels safe, lively, and full of culture. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the design and how peaceful the atmosphere felt despite being in such a dynamic part of the city. I highly recommend HIVE ROMA to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay in Mexico City. I’ll definitely be coming back!
